Yoga therapy is about uniting the mind, body and spirit in order to heal the whole body. It is a gentle approach, using techniques tailored to you, helping you to gain confidence in your yoga practise. As a registered nurse I find yoga therapy and nursing compliment one another, using breathing techniques, asana and one to one body movement it works well with easing stress, emotional issues, back pain, breathing problems, the list is endless.
